These disputes can be handled by informal and non-adversarial mediation or a more formal arbitration process, depending on the desires, goals, and needs of the parties. Fees
- $350.00 an hour for preparation, conducting proceedings, and services performed after the hearing, if any, divided by the number of participants.
- Minimum hearing duration: 3 hours. Prepayment required.
- No charge for travel within the Seventh Judicial Circuit (counties of Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Morgan, Sangamon and Scott).
- Travel and lodging fees may apply for services performed outside the Seventh Judicial Circuit.
- If there is a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, a $700.00 cancellation fee will apply.
ADR Sessions
- In-person sessions will be held at a mutually agreed location.
- Online sessions are also available.
